Bookings and Refunds
If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations will not be accepted less than ten days before the start of a course. Any refunds offered will only be processed after the course has finished.
It is your responsibility to check that you have booked into the correct course on the correct dates. If you think you have made a mistake, please contact us.
Any clerical error made by Neosave, for instance and incorrect date or price, will be notified to the customer as soon as possible and subject to correction without penalty to Neosave.
